A Year in Review

As the year draws to a close, we, at HRWize, find ourselves reflecting on the incredible journey we’ve had over the past 12 months. From onboarding new clients and attending HR tradeshows, to hitting a 99% customer service rate, this year has been a whirlwind in the best possible way! Take a glance at a year in the life of HRWize – Celebrating milestones, addressing challenges, and envisioning the road ahead.

2023 Challenges 

One of the main challenges we were faced with this year was ensuring our team maintained a healthy work-life balance. The importance of work-life balance has taken center stage in recent years, especially with the rise of remote work. Although our intentions are pure by wanting to be readily available for our clients, we also want to foster an environment that promotes a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being. 

2023 Wins 

Now let’s get into the good stuff! We had the wonderful opportunity to attend 3 tradeshows this year. The first was in February at the International Performance Management Institute (IPMI) in Florida, then again in July in Los Angeles where our president, Sally De Rosa, hosted a panel on strategies for meeting expectations and improving satisfaction in today’s workplace. Lastly, we attended CRHA’s Salon Solutions RH in Quebec City in October where Sally gave an excellent presentation on “How to Maximize the Value of your HRIS”. We love attending these events for the opportunity to meet new people, engage in meaningful conversations about the world of HR, and see our clients!  

More positive news from 2023 – We received 360 tickets from our clients and achieved a 99% customer satisfaction rate in resolving them! We are so proud of our support team and all the work they put in to ensure our clients’ success.  

Ending the year strong with a nomination for the “5-Star HRD Canada’s HR Software and Technology Providers Award!”
