Another year under our belt and, thanks to many of you, we’ve acquired yet another treasure chest full of learning opportunities. As HR practitioners, our team is keen to stay on top of trends to constantly evolve our product as well continuously become better HR advisors to our valued clients.
Looking back on the year, 2017 has been good to HRWize on so many levels. We are grateful for all the opportunities that keep coming our way, and are excited as we work towards our strategic plan for 2018, but realize the importance of looking back on how far we’ve come.

Named as top 10 HRMS
HRWize was named one of the Top 10 HRMS Solution Providers of the year, according to HRTech Outlook. Check us out here in their September issue!
Enhancements specific to legislation for our Canadian clients
Valued conversations with our clients and potential clients led us to roll out market differentiating enhancements to our product, specifically beneficial to our Canadian clients and aligned with new and existing legislation such as Quebec’s Law 90 (Loi du 1%) and Ontario’s Law, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). Our tool now allows teams to effectively show compliance in a click of a button.
Other enhancements available to all our clients include employee pulse feature, competency mapping, and a comprehensive performance view allowing for all employee successes to be centralized for easy management.

A remarkable boost in visibility
We attended, participated, exhibited, spoke and facilitated at six wonderful gatherings of HR and technology leaders across Canada including HRTech, Techweek, Congrès des CRHA, IPMI’s HR Management Institute Canada, HR Leaders Summit and the Toronto Entrepreneurs Conference & Tradeshow (#TECONF). We’re also looking forward to joining technology, HR and thought leaders at the 2018 HRPA Conference and Tradeshow in January 2018. Catch us there!

It’s been a busy year to say the least. We’ve grown our team, acquired some killer talent, and are continuing to hone in on a service delivery model that gives you the best of breed – both on the product and service sides.
We’re aware that this is just the beginning for HRWize, and can visualize the major success we’ll see in the coming years, based purely on the achievements of this past year. Nevertheless, we commit to staying humble, to staying grounded and to keep our priorities in check. Our “raison d’être” will continue to be to accompany businesses on their growth journeys, while simultaneously experiencing our very own growth journey.
