Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments peuvent faire obstacle \u00e0 nos objectifs \u00e0 long terme et \u00e0 nos t\u00e2ches quotidiennes. Il est alors beaucoup plus difficile de se concentrer sur les priorit\u00e9s. Pour nos responsables RH en particulier, avec les deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es que nous avons connues, les RH ont d\u00fb s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 des conditions impr\u00e9visibles.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00f4le d&rsquo;un dirigeant RH est d&rsquo;investir dans les personnes, de cultiver une culture et une exp\u00e9rience positive pour les employ\u00e9s, et de transformer les RH pour qu&rsquo;elles soient plus automatis\u00e9es et num\u00e9riques &#8211; tout cela alors que les nouvelles attentes des employ\u00e9s ont un impact sur la r\u00e9tention et l&rsquo;attraction.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Voici quelques priorit\u00e9s avec lesquelles ils tentent \u00e9galement de jongler :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>1. <strong>L&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des leaders et des managers:<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/articles\/what-will-hr-focus-on-in-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">24%<\/a> d\u00e9clarent que leur approche du d\u00e9veloppement du leadership ne pr\u00e9pare pas les leaders \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir du travail.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 mesure qu&rsquo;une entreprise se d\u00e9veloppe, les attentes et les responsabilit\u00e9s des leaders RH augmentent. Dans l&rsquo;environnement de travail d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, les leaders RH ont beaucoup plus \u00e0 faire. Ils ont d\u00fb s&rsquo;adapter et d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences pour devenir des leaders \u00ab\u00a0humains\u00a0\u00bb plus authentiques et empathiques.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>Conception organisationnelle et gestion du changement:<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/articles\/what-will-hr-focus-on-in-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">45%<\/a> disent que leurs employ\u00e9s sont fatigu\u00e9s par tous les changements.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;incertitude \u00e9conomique et les environnements de travail hybrides ont entra\u00een\u00e9 des changements majeurs dans les processus RH.
