On nous dit constamment combien elles sont importantes et comment elles doivent faire partie de notre mission quotidienne. Nous leur accordons \u00e9galement plus que jamais la priorit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail. Mais demandez-vous ce qu&rsquo;ils signifient? Sont-ils des synonymes ? Si non, quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre la diversit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;inclusion?<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la diversit\u00e9?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Commen\u00e7ons<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/danabrownlee\/2019\/09\/15\/the-dangers-of-mistaking-diversity-for-inclusion-in-the-workplace\/?sh=2fb2a3494d86\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">par d\u00e9finir la diversit\u00e9<\/a><\/strong>. La diversit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail indique que l&rsquo;organisation est compos\u00e9e d&rsquo;individus pr\u00e9sentant un large \u00e9ventail de caract\u00e9ristiques. C&rsquo;est possible, mais cela apportera-t-il une valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise ? Informez les dirigeants des choses qu&rsquo;ils devraient faire et de celles qu&rsquo;ils ne devraient pas faire. Tout ce qui vient du haut se r\u00e9percute vers le bas, et le fait que vos dirigeants prennent des d\u00e9cisions intentionnelles et \u00e9clair\u00e9es aura un effet domino dans toute l&rsquo;entreprise. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement inclure une formation sur la diversit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;inclusion dans le processus d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des employ\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C\u00e9l\u00e9brez les diff\u00e9rences des employ\u00e9s<\/strong> <strong>:<\/strong> Il peut s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;un geste aussi simple que de souhaiter une bonne f\u00eate \u00e0 votre employ\u00e9, de faire attention au Cinco de Mayo ou de ne pas organiser de repas d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe pendant le Ramadan. Les organisations doivent faire l&rsquo;effort de faire en sorte que leurs employ\u00e9s se sentent \u00e9cout\u00e9s.
