Nous devons tous revoir nos bonnes mani\u00e8res dans l\u2019espace de travail virtuel peu importe si nous devons interagir avec des coll\u00e8gues ou des clients existants et potentiels.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, il existe des r\u00e8gles de la communication qui restent primordiales, quel que soit le type d\u2019environnement dans lequel nous travaillons. Premi\u00e8rement, il faut \u00eatre respectueux des autres et ne pas utiliser de langage inappropri\u00e9 ou grossier. Deuxi\u00e8mement, il faut parler clairement et lentement pour s\u2019assurer de bien faire passer notre message.<\/p>\n<h4>Optimisez les outils de communication \u00e0 votre disposition<\/h4>\n<p>Le langage verbal est notre outil de communication le plus efficace et fondamental, m\u00eame s\u2019il n\u2019est pas toujours facile \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser. De solides comp\u00e9tences en communication au travail peuvent contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite \u00e0 long terme d\u2019une personne ou d\u2019une entreprise. Bien au contraire, un langage verbal fautif peut entra\u00eener une myriade de probl\u00e8mes et de malentendus. Les principes de parler lentement, de choisir ses mots judicieusement et parfois d\u2019opter pour le silence et l\u2019\u00e9coute sont autant d\u2019outils de communication efficaces. Malheureusement, nous portons souvent plus d\u2019attention \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer notre r\u00e9ponse qu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9couter avec attention la personne qui parle.<\/p>\n<p>Le langage \u00e9crit est un autre outil important dans les communications professionnelles de tous les jours. Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de courriels, de messages instantan\u00e9s ou de notes d\u2019entreprise, nous lisons des communications pendant une grande partie de notre journ\u00e9e. Un objectif, une orientation et des directives claires dans une communication \u00e9crite peuvent contribuer \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le temps perdu en suivis, questions et clarifications, ce qui permet \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe d\u2019\u00eatre plus concentr\u00e9e et productive. En revanche, le fait de ne pas fournir un contexte ad\u00e9quat, d\u2019utiliser une terminologie ambigu\u00eb et de ne pas tenir compte du point de vue de l\u2019autre personne peut \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine de s\u00e9rieux probl\u00e8mes de communication. Par exemple, une r\u00e9ponse du type \u00ab \u00c7a m\u2019importe peu \u00bb pourrait signifier \u00ab Je vous fais confiance d\u2019accomplir cette t\u00e2che \u00e0 votre guise \u00bb, mais pourrait aussi vouloir dire \u00ab Je vous donne ce travail parce que je ne me soucie vraiment pas du r\u00e9sultat. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, le langage corporel peut \u00eatre un outil de communication tr\u00e8s puissant pour communiquer efficacement une intention ou un contexte, en plus d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9norm\u00e9ment pr\u00e9cieux dans les interactions en personne. Il comprend les expressions du visage, les gestes de la main, la posture et m\u00eame les v\u00eatements que nous portons. Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments envoient des messages non verbaux sur l\u2019humeur et l\u2019intention de l\u2019interaction. Cependant, le langage corporel n\u2019est pas un outil habituel au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou lors de conf\u00e9rences t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques, ce qui rend l\u2019utilisation judicieuse du langage corporel encore plus importante dans les situations en pr\u00e9sentiel.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Communiquez vraiment avec l\u2019autre personne<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un lien avec une autre personne est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel d\u2019une bonne communication. Une fa\u00e7on d\u2019y parvenir est d\u2019appeler la personne par son nom et de montrer un int\u00e9r\u00eat sinc\u00e8re pour ce qu\u2019elle dit. La communication est une voie \u00e0 double sens, et parfois, \u00e9couter et porter v\u00e9ritablement attention \u00e0 la conversation est plus utile que d\u2019exprimer ce que vous voulez dire.
